November Preschool Wrap-up and December plans.

Here is a look at what we did in November and what we plan to do in December.

Appropriately, I chose a Fall theme for the month of October and November. With the holidays and a trip out of town in late October we mainly did printables and lot’s of reading.

Quick lesson and game on scales and weights using this Dinosaur Train Train Station Scale.

Our Fall themed printables came from two of my favorite blogs 1+1+1=1 and Homeschool Creations.

 Life school gave us an opportunity to visit an Aquarium and a wonderful children’s museum.

We ended the month making this beautiful Thanks Giving Tree

Plans for December!

I love this time of year, and with S being 3 1/2 I really wanted to do a hands on Advent Activity as our family devotional time.  I chose to incorporate two this year. We started both on December 1st and are enjoying them very much so far.

We will also be using some of these fun printables and activities throughout the month;

Nativity

Winter

Lastly, I have been on a hunt for Christmas books to add to our collection this month. I have created my list of 30 Christmas books, all of which can be found at your local library or on Amazon.
